FOUNDATIONAL REFORMS FOR FINANCING AND DELIVERY OF PHC COLLABORATIVE

The Primary Health Care (PHC) Foundational Reforms Collaborative held its final in-person
meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia between September 24 and 26, 2025 bringing together
members from eleven countries1
. Over the course of three days, participants validated
three collaborative knowledge products:
(1) resource allocation strategies,
(2) provider autonomy and accountability mechanisms
(3) Country profiles on PHC financing and service delivery for Burkina Faso, Ethiopia,
Indonesia and Philippines.
