The Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage (JLN) is an innovative,
country-driven network of practitioners and policymakers from around the globe
who co-develop global knowledge products that help bridge the gap between theory
and practice to extend health coverage to more than 3 billion people.
JLN champions are member country policymakers,
practitioners, technical experts and donor partners
who have significantly contributed to JLN’s
growth and evolution. They continue to support and
shape the network’s ability and influence
to advance UHC across the globe.
This guide aims to support practitioners in LMICs to revise their HBPs, while responding to changing disease burdens, fluctuating budgets, and the emergence of new services and health technologies, and to correct for implementation challenges.
