Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage (JLN) is a country-driven global network of policymakers and practitioners from 44 member countries committed to advancing universal health coverage.

It brings together health system leaders from member countries to co-create practical knowledge of products that bridge the gap between theory and real-world implementation. Through multilateral workshops, country learning exchanges, and virtual dialogues, members share lived experience and collaboratively develop solutions to pressing and emerging health system challenges.

JLN’s approach emphasizes peer learning, experimentation, and adaptation to country contexts. The tools and policies developed through the network support more effective and equitable health system design and delivery.

Application of JLN resources at the country level has demonstrably strengthened health systems. These efforts have contributed to improved access to quality health services with financial protection. Collectively, JLN supports countries in extending health coverage to billions of people worldwide.
