The Measuring the Performance of Primary Health Care toolkit serves as a practical guide to address common measurement challenges faced by countries, to support their collection of more useful data on PHC system performance and effectively use this data to improve performance.
This is a jointly produced and piloted assessment guide developed by the six countries listed above. The guide can be used by countries to assess country health regulatory systems, and to better understand challenges and opportunities related to regulating private PHC.
